Microprobes offers a variety of electrode configurations including metal type, lengths, bipolar,tip profiles as well as a variety of custom designs.

Our microelectrodes are sharpened electrochemically, insulated with Parylene-C, individually exposed microscopically and then inspected to ensure reproducible tip profiles. Paralyne-C is a bio-compatible polymer which is deposited one molecule at a time in a vacuum chamber, providing a uniform insulation, free of pin holes and extending entirely to the recording or stimulating tip.
